NEW PATIENTS: In addition to your initial assessment, please book 2 follow up sessions spaced 2-3 weeks apart.
RICHMOND: NEW LOCATION NOVEMBER 2024! We will be joining the Steveston Health Collective: 3251 Chatham Street. Be reassured that nothing changes other than the location of your appointment.
LOCATION: Juno Physio operates out of The Midwifery Group, 3979 Fraser Street, in Vancouver and Steveston Health Collective, 3251 Chatham St., (starting November 2024) in Richmond. There may not be someone at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment but Sally will be there and will come get you at the time of your appointment.
BILLING: All sessions can be covered under your Physiotherapy Extended Health Benefits. Please check with your insurance company about your coverage. Direct billing is offered for Pacific Blue Cross at this time. We are not able to bill to MSP, ICBC, or WorkSafeBC.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee, which will be the full fee of your appointment. Cancellations in regards to illness must inform the clinic by 8am that morning in order for the fee to be waived.
