NEW PATIENTS: In addition to your initial assessment, please book 3 follow up sessions at 1-2 week intervals. This ensures that you have the follow up times for continued care.
LOCATION: Juno Physio operates out of The Midwifery Group in Vancouver and Steveston Health Collective (starting November 2024) in Richmond. There may not be someone at the front desk when you arrive for your appointment but Sally will be there and will come get you at the time of your appointment.
BILLING: All sessions can be covered under your Physiotherapy Extended Health Benefits. Please check with your insurance company about your coverage. Direct billing is offered for Pacific Blue Cross at this time. We currently are not able to bill to MSP, ICBC, or WorkSafeBC.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. A minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee, which will be the full fee of your appointment. Exceptions to this policy include illness and emergencies. Cancellations in regards to illness must inform the clinic by 8am that morning in order for the fee to be waived.
RATES: As of January 2025, our rates for appointments will be $105 for 25 minutes, $157.50 for 40 minutes, and $210 for 55 minutes.
